After hosting a professional event, Fernando Muñoz and Shirley Solis became stranded in Miami when all flights were closed heading to Europe, due to Covid-19. With time to spare, they shared the unique and diverse experiences they had lived in their lifetime. 

 Born in Ecuador, Shirley migrated to the United States with her mom and little brother at the age of 9. Fernando, a native Spaniard, was raised by both parents, enjoying all the normal privileges a child should have. 

 Looking at their adult lives, they realized they had very different backgrounds as well. Shirley graduated college with a Marketing and International Business degree, but rather than working in the field, dedicated all her years to raise her 6 children and to homeschooling, for well over 20 years. Fernando dedicated his years to studying IT (Systems Engineer), working for large multinational corporations and finally heading a Human Resource Department in Spain for 17 years. 

 Even though their worlds were so different, there was one thing they had in common: they both independently heard an internal voice that said: “We are here for something unique in the world.” 

That voice led them to dive into the world of Emotional Intelligence, Coaching, Leadership and overall personal development. Eventually, their journey led them into the world of NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming.  

They both agreed NLP worked like magic, and was the one tool that had allowed them to use all of their unique gifts to bring transformation to the individuals, couples, families and companies they had worked with so far.  

A stroke of genius led them to learn New Code NLP from John Grinder, co-creator of NLP, and his team, Carmen Bostic St. Clair and Michael Carroll. Fernando and Shirley agreed New Code NLP was “the world’s best kept secret,” because transformations were more profound and even faster than other methods they had applied, including Classic Code NLP.
